Zhejiang Xin San Yin Dyeing & Printing Co., Ltd. is located in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, within the Blue Printing Town—a concentrated dyeing and printing zone in the Keqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is bordered to the east by the Cao’e River, to the north by North 10th Road, and to the south by North 9th Road. The company’s total site area is approximately 70,000 square meters, with a total building area of about 135,000 square meters. With total assets of roughly 800 million yuan, the company is a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise.

The company was established in 1980 under the original name Shaoxing San Yin Dyeing & Printing Co., Ltd. On October 18, 2011, it was renamed Zhejiang Xin San Yin Dyeing & Printing Co., Ltd. As one of the first enterprises in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, to relocate and upgrade its dyeing and printing industry cluster, the company was wholly relocated from the former Lanting Town’s Lianhe Village to the Dyeing and Printing Cluster Area in the Binhai Industrial Zone of Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, in March 2015.

The company is equipped with several advanced, state-of-the-art flat-screen and rotary screen printing lines, both internationally and domestically, as well as intermittent air-jet and overflow dyeing production lines and a complete set of post-printing and dyeing finishing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 160 million meters. The production equipment includes the world-class Japanese Toyo Shinko S-7000 flat-screen printing machine, Lixin Monofuji setting machines, South Korean setting machines, Lixin air-jet dyeing machines, high-temperature low-bath-ratio dyeing machines, steaming machines, and other advanced, specialized auxiliary equipment for printing and dyeing from China.

The company’s products primarily focus on the development and production of deeply processed items such as dyed and printed fabrics. Its main products include various mid-to-high-end knitted and woven textiles.

Since the relocation and reconstruction, the company has placed great emphasis on continuously improving product quality. Guided by technological innovation, underpinned by green and environmentally friendly practices, driven by energy conservation and consumption reduction, and safeguarded by safe operations, the company has achieved healthy development and steadily enhanced its per-acre efficiency. In recent years, the company has made significant progress in safety, environmental protection, energy conservation, and technology: In 2016, it was recognized as a “Provincial-Level Second-Grade Standardized Safety Enterprise”; in 2017, it was awarded the title of “Provincial-Level Water-Saving Model Enterprise”; in 2018, the company successfully obtained the “ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification,” passed the acceptance inspection of its sub-project under the National Circular Economy Program, was certified by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology as a “Zhejiang Province Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise,” and was granted multiple invention patents and new utility model patents. In 2019, our company passed the national-level high-tech enterprise review and became a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise; it also successfully passed the provincial-level clean production audit and acceptance. Currently, the company has further obtained the “Energy Management System Certification,” the “Global Recycled Standards (GRS) Certification,” the “ISO9000 Quality Management System Certification,” and the “Occupational Health Management System Certification.” In 2020, it passed the municipal-level “Green Factory” audit and the “Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Standardization Certification.” Meanwhile, the company has also received numerous honors: From 2016 to 2022, it was consistently ranked among the “Top 100 Industrial Enterprises” by the Keqiao District Government, and in 2022, it was awarded the “Outstanding Economic Contribution Award” by the Keqiao District Government.
