The company was founded in 1980, formerly known as Shaoxing Sanyin printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Zhejiang xinsanyin printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. on October 18, 2011. As the first batch of printing and dyeing industry cluster upgrading and relocation enterprises in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, the company moved from Lianhe village, Lanting town to Binhai Industrial Zone, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City in March 2015.

The company has a number of international and domestic advanced flat and round screen printing lines, intermittent air flow, overflow dyeing production lines and a complete set of equipment for dyeing and finishing, with an annual production capacity of 160 million meters. The production equipment includes world-class Japanese Dongshen s-7000 flat screen printing machine, lixinmen Fuji setting machine, Korean production setting machine, Lixin air flow dyeing machine, high temperature and low bath ratio dyeing machine, steaming machine, etc. at the same time, it is equipped with various advanced professional printing and dyeing supporting equipment in China.
